VirtualGF Terms of Service

Welcome to VirtualGF (the “APP”), operated by FutureAI Limited (the “Company”), registered at Voukourestiou, 25 Neptune House, 1st Floor, Flat/Office 11 Zakaki, 3045, Limassol, Cyprus. Contact us at contact@virtualgf.chat or +91 7487032823.

These Terms of Service (“TOS”) govern your use of the APP and related services. “You” and “your” refer to the user accessing the APP.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VirtualGF, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the APP.

2. Nature of the Service

VirtualGF allows you to chat with and customize AI-generated fictional characters ("AI Companions"). The platform may generate:

• Text
• Images
• Voice notes
• Videos

You may not generate, upload, or impersonate real people. All content must involve fictional characters only.

3. User Account, Eligibility & Age Verification

You must:

• Create an account using your email and password.
• Be legally permitted in your jurisdiction to access adult content.
• Undergo age verification if accessing NSFW features.
• Avoid sharing your login details or selling your account.

If underage use is detected, we will terminate the account and delete associated data immediately.

4. Content Ownership & License

• You own your input prompts and character customizations.
• By submitting input, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and enhance the generated output until you delete it.
• VirtualGF retains all IP rights in the platform, software, generated characters (including customized ones), and services.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Strictly forbidden:

• Generating realistic depictions of real individuals
• Child exploitation
• Non-consensual scenarios
• Incest, bestiality, trafficking
• Illegal activities

We use AI filters and manual review to enforce compliance.

6. Moderation & Reporting

All content is subject to moderation for policy violations.
Users may report violations via the app or contact@virtualgf.chat.
We aim to respond within 7 business days and may terminate accounts for infractions.

7. Content Removal & Legal Compliance

• Content that violates policy will be removed.
• Real-person likeness removal requests are not applicable, as we allow fictional content only.
• You must comply with local laws, especially regarding adult and exploitative content.

8. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

• Text chat is free. Media generation (images, videos, voice notes) requires tokens, obtained via subscription.
• Monthly or annual plans available
• Pay via credit card, PayPal, or crypto
• Full refund if no tokens are used within 24 hours of purchase
• Subscriptions renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime; access continues until the billing period ends
• Fraudulent behavior may lead to account suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

• VirtualGF owns or licenses all rights to:
• Platform design
• AI algorithms
• Characters
• Logos
• Embedded media
• Users are granted a personal-use license. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification is prohibited.

10. User-Generated Content

Your interactions (chats, prompts) are private and stored only in your account. You are fully responsible for the AI's Output, including text, images, and voice notes.

Do not use the APP for illegal or harmful behavior. VirtualGF does not endorse or monitor AI-generated responses.

11. Accuracy & Limitation of Liability

• All services are provided “as-is”, without guarantees regarding:
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• We are not liable for:
• Damages resulting from use of the APP
• Actions taken by users based on AI content
• Delays, errors, or service interruptions

12. Legal Compliance & Audits

We may provide temporary access to account content for audits by payment processors or compliance authorities, for up to 7 calendar days.

13. Termination

You may stop using the APP at any time. We may terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or other platform policies
• Fraud or prohibited content is detected

Termination may result in deletion of your data and loss of access to the APP.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus or applicable jurisdiction in your region. Disputes will be handled by the relevant courts unless local law states otherwise.

15. Revisions to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via:

• Email
• In-app notification

Continued use after a revision implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Final Reminder

All characters and interactions on VirtualGF are entirely fictional. The APP generates AI-based content purely for entertainment.

Do not interpret interactions as real or emotionally meaningful.
